By placing an order for any physical products from Maitreya Labs, you agree to the terms outlined in this Shipping Policy.

2. Processing Time

Order processing time refers to the time it takes for us to prepare your order for shipping after you have placed it. Processing times may vary depending on the type of product and current order volume.

  • Standard processing time: 1-3 business days
  • Custom or personalized items: 3-5 business days
  • Bulk orders: 5-7 business days

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

3. Shipping Methods and Timeframes

Maitreya Labs offers the following shipping methods for physical products:

3.1 Domestic Shipping (Within India)

  • Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1-2 business days
  • Same-Day Delivery: Available in select metro cities for orders placed before 12 PM

3.2 International Shipping

  • Standard International: 7-14 business days
  • Express International: 3-5 business days

Please note that these timeframes are estimates and not guarantees. Actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs processing, weather conditions, or carrier delays.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the shipping method, destination, weight, and dimensions of the package. The exact shipping cost will be displayed during the checkout process before you complete your order.

4.1 Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on orders above a certain value:

  • Domestic orders: Free standard shipping on orders over ₹5,000
  • International orders: Free standard shipping on orders over $300

Free shipping promotions may be offered periodically and will be clearly communicated on our website.

5. Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and location of your package through the carrier's website.

If you do not receive tracking information within the expected processing time, please contact our customer service team at support@maitreyalabs.com.

6. International Shipping Policies

For international shipments, please be aware of the following:

  • Customs and Import Duties: International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping charges.
  • Customs Processing: International shipments may experience delays due to customs processing. These delays are beyond our control and are not included in our estimated delivery timeframes.
  • Address Accuracy: Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate, including any necessary postal codes or contact information required by your country's postal service.
  • Restricted Items: Some countries have restrictions on certain types of products. It is your responsibility to ensure that the items you order can be legally imported into your country.

7. Shipping Restrictions

Maitreya Labs reserves the right to restrict shipping to certain locations due to high fraud rates, logistical challenges, or other factors. If we are unable to ship to your location, you will be notified during the checkout process.

We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes for certain product categories due to carrier restrictions.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

In the event that your package is lost or damaged during transit:

  • Lost Packages: If your tracking information shows no movement for an unusual period or indicates that the package is lost, please contact our customer service team. We will work with the carrier to locate your package or process a replacement or refund.
  • Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the damaged packaging and contents and contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.

9. Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order:

  • For orders that have not yet been shipped, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible with your order number and the new shipping address.
  • For orders that have already been shipped, we cannot change the delivery address. You may need to contact the carrier directly to arrange for address changes or package interception, which may incur additional fees.

Please note that this Shipping Policy applies only to physical products. Digital products and services are delivered electronically and are not subject to shipping fees or delivery timeframes outlined in this policy.

It is your responsibility to review this policy periodically for changes. Your continued use of our services following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
