2. Service-Specific Refund Policies

2.1 Website Development and Design Services

For website development and design services:

  • Initial deposits (typically 50% of the project cost) are non-refundable as they secure our resources for your project.
  • If you cancel the project after work has begun but before completion, you will be billed for the percentage of work completed up to that point, minus the deposit already paid.
  • If you are not satisfied with the final deliverable, we will make reasonable revisions based on the original project scope at no additional cost.
  • Refunds for completed website projects are considered on a case-by-case basis and only if we have failed to deliver according to the agreed-upon specifications.

2.2 Digital Marketing Services

For digital marketing services, including SEO, social media management, and advertising management:

  • These services are typically provided on a monthly retainer basis.
  • No refunds are provided for services already rendered.
  • If you wish to cancel ongoing services, you must provide written notice at least 14 days before the next billing cycle.
  • For advertising management, any unused ad spend will be returned to you upon cancellation.

2.3 Graphic Design and Branding Services

For graphic design and branding services:

  • Initial deposits are non-refundable.
  • If you cancel the project after work has begun but before completion, you will be billed for the percentage of work completed up to that point, minus the deposit already paid.
  • Refunds for completed design projects are considered on a case-by-case basis and only if we have failed to deliver according to the agreed-upon specifications.

2.4 E-commerce Solutions

For e-commerce development and solutions:

  • Initial deposits are non-refundable.
  • If you cancel the project after work has begun but before completion, you will be billed for the percentage of work completed up to that point, minus the deposit already paid.
  • For ongoing e-commerce maintenance and support services, no refunds are provided for services already rendered.
  • If you wish to cancel ongoing services, you must provide written notice at least 30 days before the next billing cycle.

2.5 Digital Products and Tools

For digital products, tools, and resources:

  • Digital products, once downloaded or accessed, are non-refundable due to their digital nature.
  • If you experience technical issues with accessing or using a digital product, we will provide technical support to resolve the issue.
  • If a digital product is found to be defective or not as described, we may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

2.6 Savvad Marketing Tool

For the Savvad Marketing Tool:

  • Subscription fees are non-refundable for the current billing period.
  • If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.
  • No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing period.

2.7 All-In Pass

For the All-In Pass:

  • The All-In Pass is non-refundable once purchased.
  • If you are not satisfied with the services provided under the All-In Pass, please contact us to discuss your concerns, and we will work to resolve any issues.

3. General Refund Conditions

The following conditions apply to all refund requests:

  • All refund requests must be submitted in writing to billing@maitreyalabs.com.
  • Refund requests must include your order number, the date of purchase, and the reason for the refund request.
  • Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed upon.
  • Processing of refunds may take up to 14 business days, depending on your payment provider.
  • Refunds do not include any shipping, handling, or delivery charges, unless the return is due to our error.

Exceptions to this policy are considered on a case-by-case basis and at the sole discretion of Maitreya Labs.
