This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancelling services, subscriptions, or orders with Maitreya Labs. We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel a service or order. This policy is designed to provide clear guidelines on how cancellations are handled.

2. Service-Specific Cancellation Policies

2.1 Website Development and Design Projects

For website development and design projects:

  • Cancellation before work begins: If you cancel before any work has begun, you may be eligible for a full refund of your deposit, less any administrative fees.
  • Cancellation after work has begun: If you cancel after work has begun, you will be billed for the percentage of work completed up to that point, minus the deposit already paid.
  • Cancellation notice: We require written notice of cancellation sent to projects@maitreyalabs.com.

2.2 Digital Marketing Services

For digital marketing services, including SEO, social media management, and advertising management:

  • Monthly services: For services billed on a monthly basis, you must provide written notice of cancellation at least 14 days before the next billing cycle.
  • Quarterly or annual services: For services billed on a quarterly or annual basis, you must provide written notice of cancellation at least 30 days before the end of the current term.
  • Early termination: Early termination of a fixed-term contract may incur early termination fees as specified in your service agreement.
  • Cancellation notice: We require written notice of cancellation sent to services@maitreyalabs.com.

2.3 Graphic Design and Branding Projects

For graphic design and branding projects:

  • Cancellation before work begins: If you cancel before any work has begun, you may be eligible for a full refund of your deposit, less any administrative fees.
  • Cancellation after work has begun: If you cancel after work has begun, you will be billed for the percentage of work completed up to that point, minus the deposit already paid.
  • Cancellation notice: We require written notice of cancellation sent to design@maitreyalabs.com.

2.4 Digital Products and Subscriptions

For digital products and subscriptions, such as the Savvad Marketing Tool:

  • Subscription cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our customer service team.
  • Effect of cancellation: Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing period.
  • Auto-renewal: Cancelling your subscription will stop the auto-renewal process. You will not be charged for future billing periods after cancellation.
  • Digital product purchases: One-time purchases of digital products are generally non-refundable once downloaded or accessed.

2.5 Physical Product Orders

For orders of physical products:

  • Order cancellation before shipping: Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped by contacting our customer service team. If your order has not yet been processed, we will issue a full refund.
  • Order cancellation after shipping: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may refuse delivery or return the item according to our Return Policy.
  • Custom or personalized items: Orders for custom or personalized items cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

3. How to Cancel

To cancel a service, subscription, or order, please follow these steps:

  1. Email notification: Send a written cancellation request to the appropriate email address as specified in the service-specific cancellation policies above.
  2. Include essential information: Your cancellation request should include your name, contact information, order or contract number, and the specific service or product you wish to cancel.
  3. Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation of your cancellation request within 2 business days.
  4. Follow-up: Our team may contact you to discuss your cancellation, address any concerns, or provide information about the cancellation process.

4. Cancellation Fees

  • Project-based services: Cancellation fees are based on the percentage of work completed and resources allocated.
  • Fixed-term contracts: Early termination of fixed-term contracts may incur fees as specified in your service agreement, typically a percentage of the remaining contract value.
  • Subscriptions: No cancellation fees apply for subscription services, but no partial refunds are provided for unused portions of the current billing period.
  • Custom orders: Cancellation of custom orders after production has begun may incur fees based on the work completed and materials used.

Specific cancellation fees, if applicable, will be communicated to you at the time of cancellation.

5. Refunds After Cancellation

If you are eligible for a refund after cancellation:

  • Refund method: Refunds will be issued using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed upon.
  • Refund timing: Processing of refunds may take up to 14 business days, depending on your payment provider.
  • Partial refunds: For services partially delivered, refunds will be prorated based on the portion of services not yet delivered.

6. Cancellation by Maitreya Labs

Maitreya Labs reserves the right to cancel services or orders under certain circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Non-payment or late payment of fees
  • Violation of our Terms and Conditions

  • Inability to deliver services due to factors beyond our control

In the event that Maitreya Labs cancels a service or order:
