How do I send my footage?
Upload it to your own Google Drive (or YouTube as unlisted, Dropbox, OneDrive, WeTransfer, Frame.io, Vimeo or Box), set sharing to "Anyone with the link", and paste the link into a new project. Nothing is uploaded to us and there is no file-size limit.
What exactly comes back?
For each recording: one finished long-form video and the number of shorts your plan includes, with captions, in the formats you ask for. You get a Google Drive folder and/or unlisted YouTube links to download and publish.
How fast is it really?
Every project shows a live countdown to its promised time: the same time on the next working day (Monday to Friday). Send up to 10 recordings a day; recording 11 and later are promised for the working day after.
What if I do not like an edit?
Write what to change, with timestamps if you can. The revision comes back within one working day. Revision rounds per video are listed on each plan.
Do you publish for me?
No. You keep full control: download the files or use the unlisted link, and publish when and where you want.
Who owns the videos?
You do. The footage and every edit are yours.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time. There is no contract.
